On this solemn yet profoundly meaningful day, we gather our thoughts and hearts to remember and honor the life of a distinguished man—Late Noble (Sir) Gabriel Louis Ihieje Opiepe (KSJI). It has been 10 years since he peacefully passed on April 12th, 2015, and yet his legacy remains ever bright in the lives he touched and the vision he left behind.

Born on November 16th, 1926, Sir Gabriel Louis Opiepe was not just a man of remarkable character, but a beacon of humility, generosity, and unwavering faith. As a Knight of St. John International (KSJI), he stood as a symbol of dignity and service—committed not only to his family and faith but also to the betterment of his community and nation.

A Life Remembered

The tenth memorial anniversary of this noble soul is more than a remembrance—it’s a celebration of a life lived purposefully and impactfully. Surrounded by loved ones, his memory is honored with prayers, kind words, and continued acts of service, just as he would have wished.
